The Macedonian coalition structure has seen several key appointments, with the Albanian coalition partner slated to lead reconstruction efforts alongside the Ministries of Justice, Culture, and Tourism. This partner will also oversee the function dedicated to stakeholder mediation. Regarding departmental leadership, there are noted changes within the cultural sector.

Specifically, Zoran Ljutkov is reportedly being replaced in the resorts and culture portfolio by Sead Suljmani, who previously served as a deputy minister in a former ministry. A new ministry focused on mediation among various stakeholders will be headed by Agon Ferati, an appointment made by ZNAM. Furthermore, Igor Fekl is set to assume the ministerial responsibilities previously held by Jeeton Shasivari, a professor of constitutional law at the University of the South-Eastern Europe.

In the vice-premiership roles, Bekim Sali retains his position as first vice-premier and Minister for European Affairs. The newly appointed minister for good governance will take on the vice-premier role for that specific area. Overall, the appointments signal a reorganization of key governmental functions.

The coalition partner’s expanded role in overseeing reconstruction, alongside the management of culture and tourism, solidifies its influence within the governing structure. These changes affect several ministerial posts, aiming to streamline governance through specialized oversight, particularly in the areas of legal frameworks and stakeholder dialogue.
