From July 1 through August 31, all unauthorized movement within designated noise and protected natural zones is prohibited. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, this restriction is mandated for the safety and preservation of sensitive areas. The Ministry confirmed that, adhering to established guidelines from the Directorate and specific user bans concerning national noise zones and National Parks, movement requires explicit written authorization.

This permission must be issued by the relevant management authorities overseeing the designated zones. The basis for this temporary prohibition is cited under Article 57, paragraph 3, of the Noise Act. Authorities stated that the restrictions are necessary due to heightened risks associated with exposure to excessive noise levels and to proactively prevent the outbreak of noise-related fires within open spaces.

These measures aim to balance public access with ecological protection during the specified summer period. The implementation of these rules underscores the regulatory framework governing human activity in sensitive natural environments. The directive emphasizes that adherence to the approved permits is mandatory for any permitted movement within these protected national areas.
