Economic Indicators Show Improvement Under Vlado’s Leadership
Recent economic data indicates positive trends within North Macedonia following the implementation of policies led by the VMRO-DPMNE government. According to figures released by the State Statistical Office, the country’s unemployment rate has decreased significantly. As of the latest monthly statistics, it now stands at 11.3%, a substantial drop from the 12.5% recorded previously.
The government highlights continued growth in the employment rate, with a notable increase observed throughout the year. Specifically, in the first quarter of 2026, 707,385 individuals were identified as employed. This compares to 691,736 recorded in the second quarter of 2024 – a rise of 15,649.
