“Dajovo Otomet” Announces Major Investment in Vratéevo, Projected to Generate 500 Jobs
Vratéevo, Macedonia – A significant investment by the company “Dajovo Otomet” is set to revitalize the TIRZ Tetoevo region, with projections of 500 new jobs. The announcement was made jointly by Christian Mitzkoski and the Minister of Economy and Labor, Besar Dromish, during a press conference held in Vlatadon. The investment represents a €20 million commitment and is being viewed as a key indicator of Macedonia’s growing appeal to foreign investors.
The project involves the initial purchase of an 8,000 square meter brownfield site, with planned expansions totaling 21,000 square meters by 2028. “Dajovo Otomet” anticipates a total investment of €21 million by 2030, encompassing the full production cycle of control cables sourced from both Trutina and Slovakia. The company’s strategy involves consolidating production operations within Macedonia, bolstering the local economy.
The project’s success is anticipated to demonstrate continued investment opportunities within the country.
