Minev: Human rights are not declared, instead there is a daily review of the institutions in this area with the aim of supplementing the knowledge and capacities of administrative officials in this area, the Ministry of Public Administration and the draft “Support for the EU for the knowledge of human rights”, funded by the European Union, has signed a memorandum of cooperation and the new online tool for e-learning on human rights was announced on June 15, 2026 at 3:31 pm. The memorandum was signed by the Minister for Public Administration Goran Minev, Ambassador of the European Union, Michael Rukas, as well as Barbara Ligl, leader of Component 4 within the framework of the draft. Minister Minev said that the quality of the public administration is not evaluated only according to the results of the public administration.
