The Svr-Strumica Prosecutor’s Office presented the case against D.K. (48) from Strumica for the existence of grounds for suspicion that he had committed the crimes of “usury” and “theft in a predatory manner”, against L.K. (41) from Strumica for the existence of grounds for suspicion that he had committed the crimes of “usury” and “extortion” and against N.K.
(25) from the village of Vasilevo, Strumica for the existence of grounds for suspicion that he had committed the crimes of “usury” and “extortion”, which were the subject of a complaint to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The accused, over a period of 2022 to 2026, with the intention and the plan to add significant property gain in more than individual cases, have sought to create a theft financial situation for the persons from Strumica and widely have given them money on loan, which the contractors had to be returned with disproportionately high charges and not be paid.
