Residents of Kapistce Protest Noise Levels from Local Establishments
Residents of Kapistce gathered in protest regarding ongoing noise complaints originating from the “Intermezzo” bar and the “Metropolitan Theodosy Gologanov.” The demonstration took place in the densely populated area of the settlement. Organizers cited a decade-long concern about the impact of the establishments’ vocal music on the neighborhood. “We gathered here as neighbors, out of concern and mistreatment that we are experiencing for more than ten years,” stated Goran Gacovski, a Kapistce resident.

Mayor Goran Gerasimovski was present at the protest and acknowledged the accumulated nature of the issue. “Yes, I was the initiator of the petition, which was signed together with the residents and which was submitted to all the relevant institutions, which is why it is so important,” Gerasimovski explained. The demonstration highlighted a long-standing dispute over noise levels within the community.
