The injured director of Tsaritsa, Stefan Bogev, escaped from the court, being the Krivičnik’s council to him to give the forced guarantee of 55,000 euros. – The Krivičnik’s council of the Supreme Court in Skopje, after a complaint with the forced guarantee of S.B., who submitted against the decision of the court of the previous post of 04.06.2026 year, was determined to be in the courtroom for 30 days, brought a decision that I respect the complaint and I give the forced guarantee of the person in the Krivičnik’s court. The determined guarantee consists of ready funds for export of 55,000 euros, in the detrimental value in the benefit of the Republic of Macedonia, and the export of which is deposited as a guarantee for the disablement of the award of the person in the subsequent text of the post, informs.
