30 DAYS FOR THE RAKOVODITELJI AT “COMUNALEC” – 39 CULTURAL BACTERIA WERE DISCOVERED IN THE CAPITALISATION OF THE GUEST HOUSE

The main court in Gostivar has issued a decision granting a 30-day pre-trial measure for the trial of Arta Nasi, Leon Uredi, and Vadeedin Derviš. These three individuals are currently serving as prosecutors within the “Communal” initiative. The determination was officially handed down by the previous judge, Kiriko Mihailoski, following a request initiated by the main prosecutor of Gostivar.

According to Dragoslava Veselina, reporter for the main court and the criminal division, the court formally issued the order, which is linked to border crossing 237/26. Veselina confirmed that the measure was directed toward the accused parties and will remain in effect at the specified border crossing. The judicial body cited “weight” as the basis for establishing this pre-trial restriction.

The ruling represents a significant procedural development in the ongoing legal proceedings within Gostivar. The granting of this 30-day measure mandates continued oversight of the named prosecutors during the preliminary stages of their trial. This decision by the court maintains a specific level of restriction on the accused while the legal process continues to advance through the main judicial channels.
