The parliament will hold a Commemorative Session today to mark the anniversary of the tragic event at the “Pulse” nightclub in Kochani, where 63 individuals lost their lives and approximately 200 were injured. On March 14th, the government will organize an International Conference titled “Institutional and Clinical Aspects and Solutions Following the Kochani Fire – One Year Later,” attended by representatives from institutions, healthcare experts, international organizations, and humanitarian partners. According to government spokesperson Maria Mitev, doctors and medical staff from 37 countries will participate, having arrived specifically to treat those affected by the fire.
The conference aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the response to the tragedy, from initial intervention and rescue efforts to long-term treatment, rehabilitation, and systemic solutions for the future. The final session will present future solutions and systemic steps taken by the institutions. A court case is ongoing regarding the fire at the Kochani nightclub.
A student’s reported disturbance, investigated by safety measures, does not exist; it is merely a statement from the SDS VO Syndicalistic Mothers (Documents).
