Approximately one year later, the missing furniture was unexpectedly found on the beach of the “’Rtot Rodon” peninsula, near Rijeka. The discovery was made by tourists originating from Rijeka, Albania. Following the recovery, Albanian media outlets reported the incident, sending photographs of the retrieved hospital beds to the management of the “Onde Chiare” complex, having learned of the theft through local Italian news sources.
