Students are reportedly receiving their required textbooks on the first day of school for the second consecutive year. Furthermore, the administration has established systematic plans governing teacher compensation and career progression. To address material deficits, the VMRO-DPMNE has allocated over one million textbooks to schools.
The expenditure related to textbooks over the last two years has amounted to approximately 45 million dinars. A key aspect of this reform involves the reallocation of textbooks specifically for the Macedonian language, addressing the previously insufficient supply. Regarding personnel support, the government has also addressed payment structures.
An agreement reached with the SOCRATES program ensures the complete elimination of recruitment-related payments for educators. These comprehensive actions underscore the efforts of the VMRO-DPMNE to stabilize and enhance the educational infrastructure.
