Two Macedonian women were arrested in Črna Gora on suspicion of stealing four gold bracelets from a goldsmith in Igalo. According to police reports, the suspects were detained by officers from the Herceg Novi Detachment. The incident reportedly occurred on July 15 around 1:30 PM.
The prosecutor stated that the two women entered the goldsmith’s shop while feigning interest in purchasing items. During the visit, a police officer showed the women additional gold bracelets. Following this display, the items were presented to the suspects, but one of the women allegedly overlooked the product, leading to the theft of the bracelets into her handbag.
Police sources confirmed that the security officers took the two women, identified as J.C.T. (age 55) and A.R. (age 33), from Skopje, Macedonia, due to suspicion of committing the theft.
The authorities subsequently seized the four stolen gold bracelets from the suspects. The arrests took place in the area of Črna Gora.
