As to what is stated in the Ordinance, the minor was put in contact with the girl, born in 2014, through social networks and contacted her through the internet.
According to the accusation for sexual assault, he is also accused of ordering pornographic material for the child, according to Article 193, paragraph 4, in the Criminal Code. The previous prosecutor’s court submitted a pretext to the court for the determination of the sentence.
